The property includes a two-story service department with 59 service bays and a display parking deck on the upper floor. Additionally, there is a full-service car wash, detail bays and fueling station on the premise. The project is LEED Certified and has maximized energy efficiency in areas of design, construction and operations. Originally set on an 11-month timeline, the owner requested compression to a 7-month schedule, requiring crews to split into two groups so that the show room, site work and service buildings could be constructed simultaneously. The team worked closely with the owner and architect to gain substitute materials that were unavailable, and with the city to make sure construction intent and schedule needs were fully transparent from start to finish.
