Creekside at the Hills

Creekside at the Hills, a ground-up, three-story construction project, is located in the heart of Austin, Texas. The 45,000-sf medical office building has been designed to house multiple tenants with amenities such as an onsite ambulatory surgical center, three operating rooms and in-patient overnight accommodations. The project features a steel frame design and includes a fully secured underground parking garage and climatized storage units. Additionally, the team completed tenant finishes for the second and third floors. Beyond the normal higher-end finishes, portions of the improvements included walls with full-height architectural wood paneling and trim and wainscot architectural panels, all meeting Architectural Woodwork Standards (AWS). The full scope was completed in under a year and included $119,168 in change-order savings given back to the owner.
