Duluth Trading Company TI

This Duluth Trading Company project is an interior tenant improvement at Building 4 of 201 Mountain View Park, originally constructed by Big-D. The scope of work includes a 6,592-sf office buildout and the addition of lighting to the remaining 221,525-sf warehouse space. The buildout spaces included a large Reception Area, Conference Room, Training Room, Employee Locker Room large Employee Break Room, Janitor and IT spaces, Administrative Offices, and Restrooms.
