Earnhardt Hyundai

Earnhardt Hyundai is a 40,050 SF full-service auto dealership at the corner of Frank Lloyd Wright and North sight Blvd, just east of the Scottsdale Airport. The facility, a significant upgrade from their previous Hayden Rd. location, includes increased showroom space as well as a full-service shop, detail bays and an automatic car wash. Buildings are composed on CMU and structural steel with an energy efficient glass curtain wall along the showroom parameter. Flooring for this project includes mixed mediums across the showroom and into the service bays. The Earnhardt family of auto centers owns and operates over 26 dealerships in the Phoenix metropolitan area alone. John Mahoney Architects has been the chosen design team on a total of 28 auto dealership projects in Arizona. This project was brought to substantial completion in a 6-month time span.
