Pura Scents Tenant Improvement

The Pura Scents project was a full-floor tenant improvement in a multi-tenant, Class-A office building. The 32,225-sf remodel required selective demolition, followed by construction of an all-new layout to suit Pura’s specific needs, style, and company culture. Spaces create in the tenant improvement included a reception area, traditional offices, conference rooms, small meeting rooms, workstations for multiple work groups, photo studio, common area, break room, a multi-purpose room, support spaces, and an Instagram pod. Interior finishes were high-quality and featured extensive specialized millwork. The project was challenged with material availability issues, but Big-D Construction worked with the Owner to minimize schedule impacts.
