White River Indian Health Services Hospital occupies 4 acres of land on the White Mountain Apache Tribal Reservation. The 22,218-sf, single-story masonry, metal stud and structural steel-framed building provides services including dental, optical, a full pharmacy and information Technology to the White Mountain Apache Tribe. The exterior finishes are a combination of EIFS, stone, metal panel and glazed storefront systems. Interior finishes and specialty equipment include fire sprinkler, plumbing, medical gas, mechanical, electrical, life safety and special systems. Project scope was comprised of wet and dry piped utilities, parking lot lighting, asphalt paving, concrete paving, walks and curbs, pavement markings, striping and signage, landscape and irrigation and site walls with railings. This project was completed in 12 months and signed off with no change in contract cost.
