Aspire at City Place

Aspire at CityPlace is a new, 253-unit, multi-family market rate apartment complex that includes a mix of 1-, 2- and 3-bedroom apartment units and 21 two-story townhomes.

The complex is a five-story structure above two levels of heated underground parking. The project features a grand, two-story lobby featuring expansive com-mon areas with a sunken lounge and various seating areas, fireplace, and coffee bar. The community room/resident entertainment suite features a full kitchen, a walk-up bar from the pool area, and private interior and exterior balconies.

Construction of resident amenities also included a state-of-the-art resident conference room and rooftop lounge with sitting areas and firepit, a large, multi-level 24-hour fitness center, yoga and spin studio, pet spa/grooming station, and a ride-in bicycle lounge with storage, maintenance, and workshop room.
