Hardware Village Apartments

Hardware Village Apartments were completed under two separate contracts in a joint venture with Kier Construction. The project is a new, luxury multi-family and mixed-use community in downtown Salt Lake City that includes two six-story multi-family buildings and a seven-story parking structure with commercial and office space. Hardware Village residences range from apartments to townhomes and condominiums. The west building was completed first and includes 265 units, followed by the east building which includes another 186 units. The Hardware Village community included construction of numerous resident amenities like a rooftop clubhouse and infinity pool, a library with lounge/bar, state-of-the-art fitness center, yoga room, billiards room with oversized video wall, multiple conference rooms, parlor room, and a courtyard with tiered fountains. Materials, finishes and furnishings are all exceptionally high-end with elements like designer fixtures, polished concrete floors, over height solid core doors, quartz countertops, and Anderson windows.
