CV2 Apartments

The CV2 Apartments project is an upscale multi-family housing complex on the outskirts of Minneapolis, located adjacent its sister property, CityVue, an 11-story high-rise apartment building built in a previous phase. CV2 is a new, five-story, 120-unit multi-family building comprised of a diverse mix of one- and two-bedroom units and featuring contemporary styling and high-end finishes. Construction of community amenities included a community room, game room, fitness studio, and a 12,000-sf outdoor pool terrace. Big-D’s project scope also included construction a new three-level parking structure with one subgrade level below the new building, and two above-grade levels of parking that tie into the existing parking ramp to the north, built during a previous phase
