Post District Mixed-Use

Post District project is a transformative urban redevelopment in downtown Salt Lake City, revitalizing a once-abandoned industrial area. Big-D Construction built four mid-rise residential buildings and a two-story retail space, now home to Sunday’s Best restaurant.

Spanning over 750,000 square feet, this mixed-use development is one of the largest in the area. It includes residential buildings — The Register, 801 Flats, Post House North, and South — offering 580 units across various rental categories. Amenities feature a fitness center, club room, rooftop decks, and a swimming pool. The development also includes parking garages and approximately 22,000 square feet of retail space.

Big-D self-performed all structural and architectural concrete work, delivering a visually stunning project that has rejuvenated this part of the city.
