The Reserve at Sono project is a multi-family development in Vadnais Heights that includes apartments and townhomes.

This four-story, 140,000-sf structure features 89 units of varying size and layout, as well as 117-lower level parking stalls. Construction of the 74 townhome units total 157,000-sf and are spread between 13 different buildings, and include a wide variety of custom finishes. Community amenities include a wine bar, coffee bar, lounge, pool party room and patio, fitness center, conference room, separate moving entrance and elevator and swimming pool. Exterior work includes a central community pond, pickleball court, pavillion and dog park for Reserve residents.
