Sagebrush Apartments

The Sagebrush Apartments project is a new, 90-unit long-term rental and workforce housing complex in the heart of Jackson Hole, WY. The apartments are a mix of efficiently designed studio, one- and two-bedroom units ranging in size from approximately 400- to over 800-sf. The exterior of Sagebrush features rustic stone and wood veneers and Hardie® siding. The property features numerous resident amenities including a common area lounge, individual resident storage in the basement, a bike and ski maintenance area/shop, fitness center, business center, outdoor gathering space with a firepit overlooking Flat Creek, onsite parking, and public access to Karns Meadow. Project challenges included a number of Owner-initiated changes and revisions to the exterior stone veneer, but the team pulled together and worked closely with the subcontractors to find solutions that worked.
