The Preserve of Roseville

Located north of Saint Paul and east of Minneapolis, MN, The Preserve of Roseville is the city’s newest independent living, assisted living, and memory care community.

Conveniently nestled between the Twin Cities near hotels, parks, entertainment, and the M Health Fairview Bethesda Hospital, The Preserve provides senior citizens with maintenance-free, all-inclusive living in a rustically elegant setting with incredible views of surrounding forestry, wetlands, and wildlife. Roseville Senior Living, LLC asked Big-D to construct a comfortable, private campus equipped with modern amenities that would facilitate independence and comfort for residents.

The Preserve of Roseville is a four-story facility with 103 senior living apartment-homes, complete with granite countertops, hardwood floors, and a full kitchen with an island. Thirty-two of the apartment homes are ‘Memory Care’ units, where Alzheimer’s and dementia patients can feel safe, secure, and well-cared for. The campus includes a community room, three dining areas, two dayrooms, commercial kitchen and laundry, a library, and a salon. Big-D also constructed private balconies for each apartment as well as a second-level exterior amenity deck, allowing residents to enjoy the natural beauty of the area. Additionally, the facilities include two therapy tub rooms, spacious conference rooms, a comfortable reception and lobby area, a mailroom, a lounge, and a fitness room. The scope of work also included both underground and exterior parking and a canopied entrance drive.

Big-D wrapped the project in March 2020—just in time for The Preserve to welcome new residents to their comfortable, accommodating new homes with the spring season.
