Uncommon Apartments

The University of Minnesota is a public research university located in both Minneapolis and Saint Paul, Minnesota.

The university has more than 51,000 students enrolled, and many of those students require student housing during his and her academic careers at the institution. To keep up with demand for housing, the university is constructing a new student-living apartment.

Uncommon Apartments will be a 114-unit complex. There will be one level of underground parking for residents and 5-levels of housing. Prior to construction, Big-D had to demolish five existing multi-family buildings that were no longer occupied.
